Champions Trophy 2025 Will be the ninth edition of the ICC Champions Trophy. A total of eight teams would be seen competing against one another in the one day international round robin format tournament. This edition of the champions trophy would be hosted on the grounds of the cornered tigers(Pakistan).
Just after winning the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024, India is all set to face Pakistan in the Championship Trophy which will be organized in Pakistan. PCB will host the ICC event from 19 February to 9 March, while 10 March has been kept as a reserve day for the final ICC event. As per the latest news and cricket confirmations of the PCB- Pakistan Cricket Board, has confirmed the match fixtures of India at the iconic Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on 1 March 2025.

The Indian participation in the champions trophy is confirmed and as per the latest update, union Minister Amit Shah has announced that India will not travel to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy 2025. Amit Shah has directly sent the message to Pakistan that “Until there is peace, there will be no talks with Pakistan.” Citing this it might be the case that the venues for Men In Blue can be changed to some other venue but as of now India will not travel to Pakistan for Champion Trophy 2025 at any cost.
However, the Men in Blue have no rest as they will be back in action later this week for a five-match T20I series against Zimbabwe, marking the start of the post-Rahul Dravid era in Indian cricket. The national team has a very busy schedule in the coming months, with another ICC event just eight months away (2025 Champions Trophy), and the significant five-match T20I series against Zimbabwe on the horizon.
