This announces the start of the tournament for the hosts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After this, they will fly to Dubai for the all-important confrontation against arch-rival India on February 23. Its last group matches are slated against Bangladesh in Rawalpindi on February 27.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The tournament, which has a total of eight teams and 15 matches, will be played in the period from February 19 to March 9, 2025, on various venues, including Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi in Pakistan, and Dubai. The teams will compete into two groups: Group A &#8211; Pakistan, India, New Zealand, and Bangladesh, and Group B &#8211; Afghanistan, South Africa, England, and Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, the fact remains that 10 matches will be hosted on Pakistani grounds, while four &#8211; including the three group-stage matches of India &#8211; will be played in Dubai at the time of the first semi-final between them and another team. The final is scheduled to take place in Lahore; however, if India qualifies, it will be moved to Dubai.
