In the upcoming Maharaja T20 Trophy 2025, Mangalore Dragons (formerly Mangalore United) will play against Gulbarga Mystics in the Match 1 of the tournament. Recently, the Women’s edition of this league was played for the first time, won by Hubli Tigers. In the Men’s category, this is the fourth edition of the tournament. The Mystics are looking for their second title, having won the inaugural edition three years back.
Talking about the Dragons, they have never made it to the playoffs so far. In the first three seasons, they have finished 5th, 5th & 6th respectively. They would like to improve their performance this season. Talking about the tournament format, six teams will play each other in the double-round robin format. Two matches will be played every day during the league stage.
