On July 9th, Tuesday, BCCI secretary Jay Shah finally released the official statement that Gautam Gambhir will be the coach of Team India ahead of the Champions Trophy 2025 and World Test Championship 2025 finals.
However, Gautam Gambhir’s appointment as Head Coach was delayed due to salary negotiations. As per many reports, Gautam Gambhir is expected to take home more than his predecessor Rahul Dravid as head coach of the Indian men’s cricket team.
