Sher e Punjab is a twenty-over format cricket championship that is organized and managed by the Punjab Cricket Association. This competition was started by the PCA board last year in 2023 to promote the local talents in the state. After the successful completion of the first edition, PCA has decided to launch its second edition of the tournament which is in continuation from the 10th June and will conclude on 27th June 2024.

Sanctioned and managed by the Punjab Cricket Association(PCA) will feature a total of eight teams this year, which will be seen competing in the double round-robin league format, where the top qualifying 4 teams of the table will make it to the semi-finals. The league is being organized to promote and support local cricketers to feature in the upcoming IPL and other cricket formats.

The total 6 teams of the tournament will be seen facing one another in a total of 30 matches where they will fight for the ultimate race to the title. The top four teams will race in the semi-finals ultimately qualifying for the final match which is fixed to be held on the 27 th June 2024 at the IS Bindra Stadium Mohali.

The top four teams on the points table would compete against one another in the semi-finals of the cup tournament. The winning teams from both the semifinals would be seen competing for the ultimate title in the finals, where one would be declared the ultimate champion.

The Semi-Finals will take place on the 25 June and the final countdown of the trophy will be on the 27th of June 2024 an extra reserve day has also been kept in case the weather doesn’t favor the match possibilities.
Sher-e-Punjab T2O Cup: Live Stream Details
The Sher e Punjab t20 2024 started on June 10 2024 and the league matches would be played from 10th to 24 June. Two games would be played on each day.
