The Nepal Premier League 2024 has started on November 30, 2024, in Kirtipur. This is the inaugural season of the T20 league, which promises a lot of thrilling action.
Eight teams are in the ring, which feature some prominent international stars along with local talent. They have set their eyes on the bigger prize and will look to win as many matches as possible to roll into the playoffs.
Each win will take them up in the points table, with the top four sides entering the knockout stage.

The inaugural season of the Nepal Premier League 2024 features eight teams playing in a single round-robin format. Teams will play seven matches each in the league stage. The Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground situated in Kirtipur will stage the complete tournament.

The top four teams on the points table will move into the playoffs after the league stage. The top two teams will play in Qualifier 1, while the next two sides will take on each other in the Eliminator.
Then Qualifier 2 will follow, with the loser of Qualifier 1 getting another chance against the winner of Eliminator. The winner will then head to the final to play against the Qualifier 1 winner.
