PCB announced on July 18 that the women’s national team has a full calendar for 2025-26.
Next year is going to be big because of two major women’s international events: ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup 2025 and ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2026. Besides these tournaments, Pakistan’s women cricketers will play domestic and international matches and development programs for young players.
Pakistan Under-19 women’s team will travel to Bangladesh in December 2024 for a 5 match T20 series. Before that a National U19 Women’s T20 Tournament is scheduled in Karachi from September 15 to October 6.
Pakistan women’s team starts its 2025-26 season by going to Ireland for a 3 match T20 series from August 6-10, 2025. Then South Africa will visit Pakistan for a 3 match ODI series at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore on September 16, 19 and 22. These matches are important practice for ICC Women’s Cricket World Cup in Sri Lanka and India.
During the World Cup Pakistan will play 7 matches in the league stage from October 2-24, 2025. If they reach the semi finals and final, those matches are on October 29 and November 2 in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

In early 2026 Pakistan will tour South Africa from February 7 to March 2 for 3 ODIs and 3 T20s. These matches will count towards ICC Women’s Championship 2025-29 which decides who goes to future World Cups. Then Pakistan will host Zimbabwe for a series of 3 ODIs and 3 T20s between April 24 and May 11.
To get ready for the T20 World Cup in England from June 12 to July 5, 2026 Women In Green will play a T20 series in Ireland against Ireland and West Indies. This tournament will give players good practice before the World Cup.
