Teams are divided in in five groups; where group A, B, and C have 8 teams each and group D and E have 7 teams each. The top two teams from all five groups will qualify for the knockouts.
These five group toppers will make it directly to the quarter finals, and the teams at ranks on number 6-10 will also fight to go for finals. As number 6 will get a chance to proceed for the quarterfinals and teams on number 7-10 will compete at the pre-quarterfinals to proceed further.
