The second season of the World Championship of Legends T20 League 2025 is making the anticipated grand debut in 2024, taking the whole enterprise to the next level with more extravaganza and thrill. The League is set to stretch across four major cities across England, providing the fans with more entertainment closer to cricket legends.
Adding Grace Road in Leicester, Headingley in Leeds to Edgbaston, in Birmingham and Northamptonshire in Northampton, the league provides exhilaration for 16 exciting days from July 18 to August 2, 2025.
Leicester and Leeds were added to the lineup to fulfill WCL’s vision in reaching out to more fans while ensuring Season 2 is bigger and better. With these venues, it will be a brand new community that will come alive with the electric buzz when legends clash on these hallowed grounds.
Tickets for Season 2 are available at wclcricket.com now, allowing the fans to witness history making. This year’s tournament sees 18 matches spread across 16 days, capturing highly anticipated fixtures along with the marquee India-Pakistan on July 20 and culminating in the grand finale on August 2.

WCL CEO Harshit Tomar exclaimed his excitement about the expansion of the league, saying, “We are, and always will be, celebrating the legacy of cricket by taking its most revered legends back onto the field. “Last summer was a big success: 50,000 spectators turned up at Edgbaston for the games, and it was euphoric to see the supporters coming together from all six sides. There was a carnival atmosphere; loads of colour, great food, all ages and families in abundance. And the cricket itself was absolutely amazing, with some of the greats of the game rolling back the years and putting on a show.
We are thrilled to be the first host destination for the WCL. This summer’s spectacle will set up future collaboration for many more years to come.”
