10. Mayank Agarwal – 45 Balls vs RR
The second-fastest IPL hundred by an Indian batter is registered by Mayank Agarwal. He did in during the 2020 edition against Rajasthan Royals at Sharjah. Batting first, Punjab Kings scored a total of 223/2, with Mayank scoring a 45-ball century. He made 106 off 50 balls, with 10 fours and seven sixes. But unfortunately, it came in a losing cause, and RR made 226/6 courtesy of Sanju Samson’s 85 off 42.
9. Sanath Jayasuriya – 45 Balls vs CSK
Sanath Jayasuriya was only the fifth batter to score an IPL century. He was playing for Mumbai Indians and smashed a 45-ball ton against Chennai Super Kings in 2008. It was the game at Wankhede Stadium; CSK made 156/6 in the first inning. MI scored 158/1 in just 13.5 overs to win the game. Jayasuriya smashed an unbeaten 114* off 48 balls, with nine fours and 11 sixes.
8. David Warner – 43 Balls vs KKR
David Warner is one of the best overseas stars that ever played the IPL. You will find him almost on every batting record. He has scored four IPL centuries, and his third came against Kolkata Knight Riders in 2017 in Hyderabad. It came in the first inning, as Sunrisers Hyderabad posted a total of 209/3 and Warner scored a 43-ball ton and made 126 off 59 balls, with 10 fours and 8 sixes. KKR managed 161/7 in the second inning and lost by 48 runs.
7. AB de Villiers- 43 Balls vs Gujarat Lions
Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers have registered many blistering partnerships for Royal Challengers Bengaluru. In fact, the record for highest IPL stand is with these two, which came against Gujarat Lions in 2016 in Bengaluru. In that partnership, both batters scored a century each, and De Villiers struck a 43-ball ton. RCB made 248/3, and De Villiers (129* off 52) and Virat Kohli (109 off 55) added 229 runs for the second wicket. GL only scored 104 runs, and RCB won by a massive 144 runs.

6. Adam Gilchrist – 42 Balls vs Mumbai Indians
Adam Gilchrist scored two IPL centuries, and he was only the fourth batter to score an IPL hundred. His first century came in the inaugural season against Mumbai Indians at DY Patil Stadium. MI posted a total of 154/7 in 20 overs, and Deccan Chargers took only 12 overs to chase it down. They made 155/0 and won by ten wickets. VVS Laxman scored 37* off 26 and Gilchrist scored a 42-ball ton and made 109* off 47 balls, with nine fours and ten sixes.
5. Will Jacks – 41 Balls vs GT
England’s Will Jacks has established himself as a powerful striker of the ball, and he showed it in the IPL 2024. In a game against the Gujarat Titans at Narendra Modi Stadium, he slammed a 41-ball century. GT scored 200/3 in the first inning, and RCB made 206/1 in just 16 overs. Jacks scored his fifty off 31 balls, then he reached his next 50 runs in the next ten balls. Jacks made 100* off 41 balls, with five fours and ten sixes, and RCB won by nine wickets.
4. Travis Head – 39 Balls vs RCB
Travis Head set the IPL 2024 on fire with his striking ability. He scored the fastest IPL hundred of that season. It came in a record game, which saw both sides score 260+. Batting first, SRH posted the highest IPL total of 287/3, with Head scoring a 39-ball century. He made 102 off 41 balls, with nine fours and 8 sixes. RCB also had a superb batting display, but they were short of the target by 25 runs and reached 262/7.
3. David Miller – 38 Balls vs RCB
David Miller is the only batter in the world who has scored two T20 centuries for 38 or fewer balls. His 35-ball T20I century is a record, and in the IPL, he has a 38-ball century. It came against Royal Challengers Bengaluru during the 2013 in Mohali. RCB posted a big total of 190/3 in the first inning. Miller scored 101* off 38 balls with 8 fours and seven sixes and helped Punjab Kings reach 194/4 in 18 overs and win the game.
2. Yusuf Pathan – 37 Balls vs MI
Chasing centuries is always special when the pressure is on. One such century came during the 2010 edition when Yusuf Pathan slammed a 37-ball ton. Batting first, Mumbai Indians scored 212/6, which was a massive score those days. The RR batters failed to get going, but Yusuf Pathan kept on taking risks. He scored 100 off 37 balls, with nine fours and eight sixes. But unfortunately, RR made 208/7 and lost by just four runs.

1. Chris Gayle – 30 Balls vs PWI
Who can match the power of Chris Gayle in T20s? It is not a surprise that he holds the record for the fastest 100 in IPL history. He slammed a 30-ball century when he scored the highest IPL individual score. Gayle scored an unbeaten 175 off 66 balls, including 13 fours and 17 sixes. RCB posted a record total of 263/5 and restricted Pune Warriors India to 133/9 and won by 130 runs. Gayle’s 175 runs is the highest score by a batter in T20 history.
