    9. Ab De Villiers’ 2015 ODI Century Cricket Bat

    AB de Villiers has done some mind-boggling stuff with his cricket bat in his career. From the fastest ODI fifty to the fastest ODI 150, he has some unbreakable records to his name. One of such records is for the fastest ODI hundred, which he slammed off just 31 balls against West Indies in 2015. He played with the cricket bat of brand Kookaburra, and that bat was auctioned for a price of INR 45 lakhs.

    8. Kumar Sangakkara’s 2014 T20 World Cup Cricket Bat

    Sri Lanka won the 2014 T20 World Cup under the leadership of Lasith Malinga, while Kumar Sangakkara played an instrumental role in that tournament. He even scored an unbeaten 52 runs in the final against India in Colombo to take his team to glory. The bat he used of the Kookaburra brand was auctioned later for a hefty price of INR 50 lakhs.

    7. Steve Smith’s 2015 Ashes Series Century Bat

    The Ashes series is probably the biggest bilateral event played between Australia and England, with a history spanning over 100 years. That’s why a small event is also celebrated at a very big level. Steve Smith, who has taken Australia to win a few Ashes series on his own, had a superb 2015 Ashes. He ended up scoring 508 runs in five tests at 56.44. It was an away series, which is why it has a lot of value for Australians. During the Lord’s Test, he smashed a glorious double hundred, playing with a Kookaburra brand bat. Later, his bat was sold at a price of INR 60 lakhs, which indicates the passion of Test lovers.

    6. Virat Kohli’s 2018 Test Century Cricket Bat

    The period between 2016 and 2018 saw the peak of Virat Kohli, and he went on to score almost 10,000 international runs in three years. In 2018, he scored 1322 Test runs at an average of 55.03 using an MRF-sponsored cricket bat. Later, his bat, which he used in that year, was auctioned, and it fetched a massive price of INR 75 lakhs, indicating the brand value of Virat Kohli.

    5. Brian Lara’s 1994 iconic 400 not out Cricket Bat

    Brain Lara’s 400 not out against England in 1994 is registered as one of the most iconic knocks ever recorded in cricket. It might not be overtaken ever again. It is one of the rarest innings that the world will ever witness again. Hence, the bat used by Lara from English Williow was auctioned in December 2021, and it was sold for a massive price of INR 80 lakhs (USD 1.2 million), indicating the importance of that moment.

    4. Sachin Tendulkar’s 2003 ODI World Cup Cricket Bat

    India reached the finals of the 2003 ODI World Cup courtesy of Sachin Tendulkar’s brilliance. He finished as the leading scorer in the tournament with 673 runs. He played many match-winning knocks in that tournament, including a game-changing 98 against arch rivals Pakistan. He played with MRF and Adidas sponsored bats in the tournament. During an auction in December 2021, the bats were auctioned for a mind-boggling price of INR 1 crore.

    3. Gary Sobers’ 1968 Cricket Bat

    West Indian legend Sir Garfield Sobers was the first ever batter to hit six consecutive sixes in any form of the game. He did it during a First Class match in August 1968. He used the bat sponsored by Gray Nicolls, which was auctioned later for a massive price of USD 1.6 million (INR 1.2 crore) in an auction held in December 2021.

    2. MS Dhoni’s 2011 World Cup-winning Six

    MS Dhoni gave many memorable moments to Indian fans, but not many can top his final six against Nuwan Kulasekara to win the 2011 ODI World Cup for India at Wankhede Stadium. That helped India win a World Cup title after a wait of 28 years. He also won Player of the Match in the final. In December 2021, in an auction held, his bat was sold for a price of INR 1.5 crore (USD 2 million).

    1. Sir Don Bradman Cricket Bat from 1934 Ashes series

    Sir Don Bradman is regarded as the greatest cricketer in the post-World War II era. His achievements are unparallel, and retiring with a career average of 99.94 speaks volumes about his stature. He was a run machine and toyed with England throughout his career. Bradman was the big wicket for England because of his ability to score runs and play big innings. In the 1934 Ashes series, he scored 758 runs at an average of 94.75 while playing with Kookaburra’s sponsored bat. That bat was auctioned in December 2021 and it fetched a record-breaking amount of INR 1.9 crore (USD 2.5 million) by an Australian collector. Now, that bat is kept at the Bradman Museum in Bowral.
