The Indian team are set to tour Sri Lanka in July and August 2024 to play with Sri Lanka Cricket. The tour is going to have three One Day International (ODI) and Three Twenty20 International matches.
This bilateral series with India was confirmed by Sri Lanka on November 20, 2023. India last toured Sri Lanka in 2021 and is now making another tour in 2024. It is scheduled to be held from July 27th to July 7th, 2024.

The T20I series IND vs SL will take place at Pallekele International Stadium in Sri Lanka’s central hills on July 27, 28, and 30, 2024. It’s a beautiful ground with modern facilities, After that, the ODI series will be held at R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on August 2, 4, and 7, 2024. This stadium is known for its large size and excellent playing conditions, and it will host some intense matches between the teams.
Who will be the captain for India- Sri Lanka Bilateral Series 2024?
In the India-Sri Lanka Bilateral Series 2024, Suryakumar Yadav will captain India in T20 Internationals, and Rohit Sharma will lead the ODI team. On the other hand, Charith Asalanka will be the T20I captain for Sri Lanka, while the captain of the ODI team is still undecided.
