The bilateral series between Zimbabwe and Ireland will start this week on Thursday, February 6. The two sides will play a one-off Test followed by three T20Is and three ODIs.
This will be Zimbabwe’s debut home series against Ireland in the longest format. Both the teams will be facing each other on the second occasion in Test cricket.
For the first time, the match was held in July last year in the city of Belfast, when Ireland won comfortably by four wickets. Irsh all rounder Andy McBrine was the standout performer scoring 83 runs and picking up 7 wickets.
