India has won the most Asia Cups, 8 times. 7 times in ODI and once in T20I.

India has been strong for a long time. Virat Kohli’s 183 against Pakistan in 2012 is still the highest individual score in the Asia Cup. While Ravindra Jadeja has done well with the ball many times, like in 2010 and 2018. India is the only team to have won the Asia Cup in both ODI and T20I formats.
Sri Lanka – 6 Titles

Sri Lanka has been a tough competitor in the Asia Cup, winning 6 titles and playing in 12 finals, more than any other team.

Pakistan has won the Asia Cup twice and is always a team to watch.
