The first edition of the Max60 Caribbean League is set to start on Sunday 18th August and will continue for a week ending on August 25, 2024. CICA( Cayman Islands Cricket Association) has announced that Max60 is a brand new league that will just follow a very short schedule of a week .
This league is a short format league that uses T10 format which is franchise based. A total of 5 teams would be participating in this short form cricket. The teams for the inaugural season are the New York Strikers, Caribbean Giants, Boca Raton Trailblazers, Grand Cayman Jaguars and Miami Lions.

The performance of each team would be noted down on the points table. Where each team will be listed with number of wins, losses, No result match, points and net run rate. Then after following a series of league stage matches the points table will get its winners of the knockout stage. The four table toppers will be going into the knockout stage of the tournament.
This year a total of 5 teams would be participating in the league where they will compete in a total of 20 matches that would decide their ranking on the points table. After this based on points table standings the top four will move to the playoff stage of the tournament.

All teams will compete in the total of 20 league matches then following a playoff stage for three matches the competition will be reduced to just two teams, the Finalists. Winner of semi final 1 and semi final 2 will go to the final battle of the inaugural season scheduled to take place on August 25 2024.
