The Bharat Army, the Indian cricket team’s official fan group, plans to celebrate ‘Pink Day’ at The Oval in London on Day 3 of the fifth England vs India Test. They said on social media that group members will wear pink Indian jerseys that day to show support for people with Lymphoma, the fifth common cancer stage.
Official Bharat Army merchandise, like pink Indian team jerseys and hats, can be bought at the venue on match days with Surrey cricket, The Oval’s tenant.

Bharat Army members will wear pink Indian team jerseys on Saturday, August 2, against England at The Oval. The fan group asked other Indian cricket fans to wear the jersey by buying merchandise at the venue. Pink merchandise will be available in Block 7 of The Oval stadium.
To support people affected by Lymphoma, the Bharat Army decided to turn The Oval pink on August 2 a few days prior.
On the cricket side, the Bharat Army was glad about Team India’s fight against England on Day 2. England reached 129-1 at one instance in pursuit of India’s 224-run first innings total. The Indian bowlers fought back with huge wickets as the hosts fell to 242-8 by a rain delay around tea break.
