Ahead of the 4th Test against England in Manchester, everyone is wondering about the Indian team’s playing XI, especially Karun Nair, B Sai Sudharsan and Kuldeep Yadav. Nair is under pressure to retain his spot after not doing well. Kuldeep, a wicket taking spinner, hasn’t played a game yet. Sudharsan was dropped after his debut in the first game. India is 2-1 down in the five game series and has injuries, so they have tough choices to make as they try to level the series with England at Old Trafford.

Give Karun Nair Fair Chances
Harbhajan Singh thinks India should play Karun at Old Trafford even though he hasn’t scored many runs. He said Shubman Gill and KL Rahul got many chances and did well.
It’s true Karun hasn’t scored runs, but if you have given him chances, give him more. He may not have scored as many runs as you wanted, but he’s a good player. Every player should have a fair chance. Shubman Gill, KL Rahul – they all deserved the chances they got. The standard should be the same for everyone. If others are getting 5-6 chances, what did Karun Nair or Sai Sudharsan do wrong that they didn’t get more chances? Harbhajan said on his YouTube channel.

One Change For Manchester Test
Harbhajan suggested India should bring in Kuldeep Yadav for the crucial 4th Test which starts on Wednesday.
Bring in Kuldeep Yadav. You don’t need a long list of batters here. You have Washington Sundar and Jaddu is your key player. He has batted well throughout the series, he said.
He also thought it’s not fair to expect Sai Sudharsan to prove himself in just one Test. The top-order batter scored 0 and 30 in Leeds before being dropped.
I don’t think one chance was enough for Sai Sudharsan to show what he can do. He’s a talented player and will do well, but if you’re sticking with Karun, then play him (in Manchester), Harbhajan said.
