The Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium is a brand new cricket venue in India. Situated in Punjab’s Mullanpur, the venue hasn’t yet hosted an international match.
But, since 2024, Punjab Kings (PBKS) have designated the Mullanpur venue as their primary home ground in the IPL. The Kings will return to their home venue for another season in IPL 2025.
The IPL 2025 playoff matches in Chandigarh will be exciting. On May 29, Punjab Kings will face Royal Challengers Bengaluru in Qualifier 1 at the Maharaja Yadavindra Singh International Cricket Stadium. The next day, May 30, the Eliminator match between Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians will also be held at the same venue. These two important games will decide who moves closer to the IPL 2025 final.
