T. Natarajan is a late bloomer in T20 cricket, having made his debut in the format in 2017 at the age of 26. The same year, Kings XI Punjab brought him into the IPL.

T. Natarajan Performance in IPL 2024
T. Natarajan delivered one of his best IPL performances in the 2024 season. He was Sunrisers Hyderabad’s leading wicket-taker in their remarkable campaign.
Natarajan racked up 19 wickets in 14 matches at an average of 24.47. He also recorded his career-best bowling figures against Delhi Capitals, taking four wickets for 19 runs in four overs that included a maiden over. His performance rallied SRH into the final of the tournament.
Last Match in IPL 2024
T. Natarajan played his last match in the IPL on May 26, 2024. The left-arm pacer featured in the final between KKR and SRH.
Natarajan couldn’t help SRH defend their paltry total of 113 runs, as he conceded 29 runs in two overs.

T. Natarajan IPL Auction Price & History:
T. Nataraj entered the IPL in 2017. Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) bought him for INR 3 crore.
After a season, Punjab released him, and Sunrisers Hyderabad snapped him up for INR 40 lakhs in the 2018 auction.

Want to know which team T. Natarajan will play for in IPL 2025?
Despite being their leading wicket-taker in IPL 2024, Sunrisers Hyderabad didn’t retain Natarajan for the 2025 season.
Given Natarajan’s skills, he can bowl at the start as well as in death overs, which makes him a complete package. So there are still some chances that Hyderabad may get him back in the auction. If Hyderabad doesn’t go after Natarajan, then the left-arm pacer will find a new team.
