Rajvardhan Hangargekar showed excellent performance in under-19 cricket world cup 2022. Then he was snaffled up by the Chennai Super Kings for INR 1.50 Cr.
He was benched the whole season but he was retained by CSK on the same price for IPL 2023 and made his IPL debut in 2023. In the 2023 ipl season, he played just two games in the whole season.
