10. Kings XI Punjab – 73 All out vs Pune Supergiant
The lowest score in IPL history for Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) came in the 2017 season against Rising Pune Supergiant. This was the 55th game of the season, and PBKS lost the toss and batted first. They lost the first wicket on the very first ball and lost five wickets within the powerplay. PBKS got all out for just 73 runs in 15.5 overs, and Axar Patel (22) scored the highest runs. The Supergiant made 78/1 in 12 overs and won the game.
9. Royal Challengers Bengaluru – 70 All out vs Rajasthan Royals
Royal Challengers Bengaluru have a number of low scores in the IPL history. One of those came during the 2014 edition against Rajasthan Royals in Abu Dhabi. RR won the toss and put RCB to bat first. They had a poor batting performance, and only one of their top seven scored in double digit. RCB were all out for 70 runs in 15 overs. Pravin Tambe took 4/21 for RR. Chasing the score, Rajasthan made 71/4 in 13 overs and won the game.

8. Royal Challengers Bengaluru – 70 All Out vs Chennai Super Kings
Royal Challengers Bengaluru have two scores of 70 all out in the IPL. One of them came against Chennai Super Kings during the 2019 edition at Chepauk Stadium. It was CSK that won the toss and bowled first. CSK spinners took nine wickets between them, and RCB got all out for 70 runs in 17.1 overs, and only Parthiv Patel (29) scored in double digits. CSK scored 71/3 in 17.4 overs and won the game.
7. Royal Challengers Bengaluru – 68 All out vs Sunrisers Hyderabad
Another low score by Royal Challengers Bengaluru came during the 2022 edition against Sunrisers Hyderabad. It was the 36th game of the tournament in Braboune. After winning the toss, SRH elected to bowl first. RCB had a horrible batting performance, and they only reached 68 runs in 16.1 overs, which had 12 extra runs. SRH made 72/1 in just 8 overs and won the game by nine wickets.
6. Kolkata Knight Riders – 67 All out vs Mumbai Indians
The joint-fifth lowest score in the IPL was recorded by Kolkata Knight Riders. It was during the inaugural season in 2008 against Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium. KKR suffered a cluster of wickets and were all out for a low score of 67 runs in 15.2 overs. It is still the lowest score in IPL history for KKR. MI made 68/2 in just 5.3 overs to win it with 87 balls to spare. Sanath Jayasuriya scored 48* off just 17 balls.

5. Delhi Daredevils – 67 All Out vs Kings XI Punjab
Delhi Daredevils (now Delhi Capitals) had some worst performances in the IPL. One of them came during the 2017 edition against Kings XI Punjab (now Punjab Kings) in Mohali. This was the 36th game of the tournament, which recorded the lowest score in IPL history. Delhi batted first and only reached 67 runs in 17.1 overs. Sandeep Sharma took 4/20 with the ball. In reply, Punjab scored 68/0 in just 7.5 overs and won by ten wickets.
4. Delhi Daredevils – 66 All Out vs Mumbai Indians
The 2017 edition was very horrible for Delhi as they finished among the bottom. After getting all out for 67 runs against Punjab, they registered a score of 66 runs against Mumbai Indians at Arun Jaitley Stadium. This came in a chase. MI batted first and posted a massive total of 212/3 in the first inning. Lendl Simmons (66) and Keiron Pollard (63) scored half-centuries. Chasing this big score, Delhi couldn’t keep up the required rate and got out for just 66 runs in 13.4 overs and lost by a massive 146 runs.
3. Rajasthan Royals – 59 All out vs Royal Challengers Bengaluru
The third-lowest score in IPL history came during the 2023 season. It was the 60th game of the season in Jaipur between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bengaluru. Batting first, RCB posted a challenging score of 171/5. Chasing the score, both RR openers got out for ducks. They only played 10.3 overs and scored 59 runs to lose the game by 112 runs.

2. Rajasthan Royals – 58 All out vs Royal Challengers Bengaluru
The second lowest score in the IPL also belongs to Rajasthan Royals. They had it during the 2009 edition against Royal Challengers Bengaluru. It was only the second game of the season at Cape Town. It started with RCB winning the toss and batting first. RCB also had a poor start, and their top three only scored three runs. They managed a score of 133/8 in 20 overs, where Rahul Dravid scored 66 off 48. Chasing the score, RR also had an unwanted start. They lost three wickets for 14 runs and couldn’t recover from that position. RR scored 58 runs in just 15.1 overs and lost the game. Anil Kumble registered a magical spell of 5/5.
1. Royal Challengers Bengaluru – 49 All out vs Kolkata Knight Riders
The lowest score in IPL history is registered under the game of Royal Challengers Bengaluru. It came in 2017 at Eden Gardens against Kolkata Knight Riders. It was a low-scoring thriller, and KKR scored 131 runs in 19.3 overs. It was a below-par score, and RCB were favorites going into the chase. But the second inning was even worse. The KKR bowlers ran through RCB, and not even a single batter scored in two digits. RCB managed only 49 runs in 9.4 overs and lost the game. The highest score for them was 9 runs by Kedar Jadhav.
