Being new, the Women’s Caribbean Premier League has far too few editions to showcase their batting masterpieces to cricket-loving crowds. Even with only a handful of tournaments going on since the years 2022 to 2024, a few batters have had a few times with consistent scores. Even in the franchise league, every run counts, and hence these players rose to the forefront.

1. Hayley Matthews (Barbados Royals) (424 R) (2022–2024)
One of the most consistent performers in the Women’s CPL, Hayley Matthews has 424 runs in 13 matches at an average of 38.54, including three half-centuries. Her highest score is 82; her overall strike rate is 113, and she carried her side through some crunch situations.
2. Deandra Dottin (Trinbago Knight Riders) (340 Runs) (2022–2025)
Dottin has been shooting the lights out for the Trinbago Knight Riders, scoring 340 runs in 12 innings. Her top score is 59, but her impact is in quick runs, as shown by her strike rate of over 111. At least twice, she has hit half-centuries that have made big contributions in different phases of the innings.
3. Erin Burns (Barbados Royals / Guyana Amazon Warriors) (274 Runs) (2023–2024)
Boasting an average of 54.80 over 9 innings, partly due to four not outs, Erin Burns has a strike rate of 126 and three fifties along with a top score of 78* that suggests her ability to both stabilize an innings and score quickly quite well.
4. Sophie Devine (Guyana Amazon Warriors) – 253 runs (2023)
Sophie Devine needs no introduction, except that she has hit the only century in the tournament so far-103*. In 5 innings, she has averaged 84.33 and struck at 139, accentuating why she is probably one of the most feared batsmen in WCPL. She is truly a game-changing talent.
5. Stafanie Taylor (Guyana Amazon Warriors) – 221 runs (2022–2025)
Stafanie Taylor gives experience and composure to the Guyana Amazon Warrior innings. She has no fifties to her name yet, but her patient approach has fetched her 221 runs at an average of 27.62. Her useful batting at key moments makes her one of the Warriors’ important members of the team.
