One of the oldest T20 leagues in the world, the Vitality T20 Blast, is underway. The 22nd edition of the tournament is currently being played, and Somerset will be defending their title. A total of 18 teams are taking part in the competition. These teams will play a total of 133 matches, which started on May 30 and the final will take place on September 14. The ongoing edition will be played across 22 venues in England.
Nine teams each are divided into North and South Groups as a division format. The tournament will be played in a round-robin format, and the top four teams from both groups will advance to the quarterfinals. Then the four quarterfinal winners will play in the semifinals, and the top two will face each other in the final for the title.

Vitality T20 Blast 2024, 2024 Match Results & Schedule
The ongoing vitality blast has witnessed live cricket thriller and explosive batting, bowling prowess in the ongoing scheduled matches. This is the 22nd Edition of the tournament which features a total of 18 countries divided in the groups of two namely North Group and South Group. Managed and administered by the England and Wales Cricket Board, this league will have 133 T20 clashes where these teams will first go in head to head clashes followed by the Quarter finals, semi finals and then ultimately the Finale of the Vitality Blast T20.

The season has till now featured more than hundred matches of the series and remaining matches will continue till September 14. The Quarter-finals are scheduled from September 3 to 6, all starting at 11:00 PM local time. The semi-finals and final will be held at Edgbaston in Birmingham on September 14 and 15, with the final starting at 6:45 PM.
The format for this would allow each team to play a total of 14 group stage matches playing seven at home and 7 away from home. The top four teams from each group will advance to the Quarter finals and then winners of these will go on head to head battles in the semi-finals fighting it for the ultimate showdown, the finale of the Vitality Blast T20.
