IRBL and West Indies Champions team up for WCL 2025 IRBL/West Indies Champions put out this press release
This is a big move to promote Roll Ball. Roll Ball was started in Pune, India in 2003. Today more than 60 countries play it. It’s a mix of basketball, handball and skating. IRBL which is supported by SportzTank Pvt Ltd plans to launch the first ever worldwide league of the sport later this year.
Ajay Sethi who owns West Indies Champions in Dubai said that working together means unity and love for sports. Sachin Joshi who started IRBL said that it’s a tribute to India’s sports heritage.
They will also have events for fans, share cultures and get people active at local level. The aim is to connect Indian and Caribbean sports cultures and get young players excited.

ECB recognizes WCL 2025. It’s the only Legends T20 league globally with big names like Yuvraj Singh, Shahid Afridi and Chris Gayle. IRBL and West Indies Champions want to give Roll Ball a fresh global look.
As part of this, Caribbean cricket legends like Chris Gayle, Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo will wear Indian Roll Ball helmets.
