Karun Nair feels like he’s come full circle. He’s all set to play in the 5 match Test series against England starting this Friday at Headingley. He was here in 2018 but didn’t play in the first team during the tour. After that he was dropped from the Test team and put in the domestic circuit to earn his way back.
After a good show in the last Ranji Trophy season he’s back with the team 7 years later and back at the same place where he last played. The retirements of big names like Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli has opened up spots and now India is looking to win its first Test at Headingley since 2002 under new captain Shubman Gill.
