India and Mumbai bowling all-rounder Shardul Thakur has hit his second First Class hundred in the ongoing Ranji Trophy 2024-25 match against Jammu & Kashmir. Thakur came out to bat when Mumbai were reduced to 101/7, leading by only 15 runs with three wickets left. The defending champions, Mumbai were trailing by 86 runs after the first innings.
Thakur and Tanush Kotian have put together 154 runs for the eighth wicket and are looking to help their side fightback with the ball when the chance arrives. At the time of writing, Mumbai were 255/7 with Kotian batting on 53. Mumbai’s batting consisted of India players such as Rohit Sharma, Yashasvi Jaiswal, Ajinkya Rahane, Shivam Dube, Shreyas Iyer for this game but they struggled against the good bowling of J&K.
