Brett Lee, Chris Lynn and Shaun Marsh will lead a team of Australian stars at the World Championship of Legends 2025 in the UK from July 18 to August 2. Ben Cutting, Moises Henriques, Peter Siddle, Nathan Coulter-Nile and D’Arcy Short will join this talented trio. The team has a good mix of experience and skill.
Lee took 310 wickets in 76 Tests, making him the 4th highest wicket taker for Australia. He stopped playing Tests in early 2010 to keep playing cricket. He has 380 wickets in 221 ODIs and 28 wickets in 25 T20Is. He stopped playing all international cricket in July 2012.
Being in WCL is a great chance to feel the excitement of high level cricket again. Means a lot to me to play for Australia with some of my best mates. We will have fun and win, Lee said.
