Aiden Markram Performance in IPL 2024
After being removed as Sunrisers Hyderabad’s captain, Aiden Markram put up a lacklustre performance in the IPL 2024. He scored 220 runs in 11 innings at a strike rate of 124.29, including only one fifty.
That fifty, though, came in a winning cause as the South African batter helped Hyderabad chase 166 runs against Chennai Super Kings.

Aiden Markram played his last match in the IPL 2024 Final. He turned up for Sunrisers Hyderabad against Kolkata Knight Riders in Chennai on May 26, 2024.
Markram was their second-highest scorer in the match, accumulating 20 runs off 23 deliveries. He then bowled one over of spin, giving away only five runs without taking a wicket.

Aiden Markram IPL Auction Price & History:
Aiden Markram entered the IPL in 2021. Punjab Kings roped him in as a replacement at an undisclosed price.
In the 2022 mega auction, Sunrisers Hyderabad got him at a bargain price, raising the winning bid of INR 2.6 crore. The same season, the franchise appointed Markram as their new captain.
