The inaugural season of the DPL-Delhi Premier league is all set to bring on the thrill and excitement of the domestic matches and tournament. DPL 2024 is the first edition of the league which is set to begin from 17th August and will continue till 8th September 2024.
Organized and managed by the Delhi & District Cricket Association, this league is a twenty twenty franchise based cricket. A total of 6 teams are participating in the men’s tournament and a total of 4 teams of women would be participating in this league. Following a round robin and play-offs format there would be a total of 33 matches in the league tournament. All the matches are scheduled at a single venue that is Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi.
Here are the squads for the first edition of the tournament, where 6 teams will get in a head to head clash with an ultimate aim in their head to lift that coveted trophy. All teams are backed up with potential players in both batting and bowling.

After competing in the league stage matches, only the top four teams based on the points table standings will advance to the playoffs stage. Taking on here the teams will play in the semi finals and from there only two teams will be left to compete in the final of the inaugural season of the DPL- Delhi Premier League.
All teams are ready to bring their A Game to the field and have a boastful strong squad for 2024. It would be interesting to note which teams will make it to the playoffs and which teams will get only disappointment of elimination.
