1. Sir Garfield Sobers – (August 31, 1968)

Playing for Nottinghamshire in a County Championship game, Sobers went wild and hit six sixes in one over off Malcolm Nash. People still talk about it as one of cricket’s most iconic moments. Beyond that over, Sobers was incredible: he scored 8,032 Test runs at 57.78 and 28,314 first-class runs at 54.87. And he took over 1,000 wickets.
2. Ravi Shastri – (1985)

In a Ranji Trophy match, Shastri hammered six sixes in one over against spinner Tilak Raj. This was a big deal in India and showed how aggressive he could be as a player. When he played for the national team, he made 3,830 Test runs at 35.79 and 3,108 ODI runs at 29.05.
3. Herschelle Gibbs – (March 2007)

In the 2007 World Cup game against the Netherlands, Gibbs set the field on fire, hitting six sixes in the 30th over bowled by Daan van Bunge. He scored 72 runs off 40 balls. By the end of his career, he had 8,094 ODI runs at 36.13, including 21 centuries.

4. Yuvraj Singh – (September 2007)

In the first-ever T20 World Cup, Yuvraj hit six sixes in an over off Stuart Broad. He scored 58 runs off 16 balls and set a record for the fastest fifty in T20I history, reaching it in just 12 balls. Across 58 matches, he made 1,177 T20I runs at 28.02 and a rate of 136.38.
5. Kieron Pollard – (March 2021)

In response to Akila Dananjaya’s hat-trick, Pollard hit back with six sixes in a T20I over and took charge of the game. Across 101 T20I matches, he has scored 1,569 runs at 25.30.
6. Jaskaran Malhotra – (September 2021)

In an ODI game between the USA and Papua New Guinea, Malhotra made history by hitting six sixes in the last over off Gaudi Toka. He finished the innings not out with 173 runs off 124 balls, including 16 sixes. He became the first American to score a century in an ODI. To date, he has played 18 ODI matches, scored 429 runs at 30.64, with his highest score being that incredible 173*.
