MP Tigers, Mumbai Marines, Northern Challengers, and Southern Spartans have made the cut, occupying the top four spots on the BCL 2024 points table. The semi-finals of the league will take place on December 21, followed by the final on December 22.

Big Cricket League 2024: Journey to the Knockouts
MP Tigers: Led by Yusuf Pathan, MP Tigers roared hard in the inaugural BCL season, topping the points table with eight points. They won four of their five encounters, claiming victory in the first three games and their last game.
Northern Challengers: Shikhar Dhawan guided Northern Challengers to finish second on the points table. They sneaked victories in three of the five matches. The Challengers started with a win before losing the next two games and bouncing back with two wins to finish with a better net run rate.
Southern Spartans: The Spartans, led by Suresh Raina, had a topsy-turvy campaign, losing their first match. They won the next game but only to lose in their third encounter. However, they made a comeback to win the next two games to gain six points and the third spot.
Mumbai Marines: Irfan Pathan-led Mumbai Marines found the rhythm pretty well, winning the first three games. But then they lost steam in the last games, losing both encounters to end in the fourth spot with six points.

Big Cricket League 2024: Semi-Final 1
The first semi-final of the BCL 2024 will not only pit two teams against each other but two brothers also. Yusuf Pathan’s MP Tigers will be up against Irfan Pathan’s Mumbai Marines in the afternoon clash.
Both teams have top batters in their ranks, while Mumbai boasts a lethal bowling attack with three of their bowlers in the top five wicket-takers. So this will be an epic clash, and you can tune into Sony Sports Network and FanCode for live action at 3:00 PM on December 21.
Big Cricket League 2024: Semi-Final 2
The evening of December 21 will host the second semi-final between Northern Challengers and Southern Spartans. Led by two southpaws, both sides have balanced squads.

After wrapping up the semi-finals, the winners will head into the summit clash. The final will take place on Sunday, December 22, in Surat. The Lalbhai Contractor Stadium will be decked up at 7:00 PM for the final action.
