3. Rashid Khan (6/17) vs Brisbane Heat in 2022

Afghanistan’s star spinner, Rashid Khan, comes third on the list with a superb bowling spell against the Brisbane Heat back in BBL 2022. Chasing a target of 162 runs, the Brisbane Heat had a poor start with the bat as they were 62/4 in the 9th over. The introduction of Rashid Khan turned things worse for the Heat as none of the batters managed to pick the spin master. Rashid ended with 6/17 in his four-over spells, becoming only the third bowler to have a 6-wicket haul in BBL history.
2. Ish Sodhi (6/11) vs Sydney Thunder in 2017

Kiwi spinner Ish Sodhi comes next on the list with excellent bowling figures of 6/11 against the Sydney Thunder in the BBL 2017 edition. Speaking more about his spell, his side, Adelaide Strikers, were defending a target of 179 runs against the Thunder. The leg-spinner went wicketless in his first over, but he completely bamboozled the opposition by taking multiple wickets without even completing his remaining three overs as the Thunder were bundled out for just 101 runs.
1. Lasith Malinga (6/7) vs Perth Scorchers in 2012

The best bowling figures in BBL history belong to none other than Sri Lankan veteran Lasith Malinga. Batting first, Perth Scorchers had a horrible start, losing four wickets inside the field restrictions with Malinga doing some early damage. The speedster came back for his second spell to absolutely blow away the Scorchers’ batting order, registering the best BBL bowling figure of 6/7 in 4 overs. Needless to say, his side, the Melbourne Stars, went on to win the match comfortably after completely crushing Scorchers all thanks to Malinga.
