New Zealand will kick off their 2024-25 domestic cricket summer season with The Ford Trophy. The men’s one-day tournament will run from October 20, 2024, to March 2, 2025.
A total of six teams will play against each other in a double round-robin format in 10 rounds. The first five rounds will be played between October 20 and November 3, while the remaining rounds will take place from February 6 to Match 2.
The Elimination Final and the Grand Final will follow after the conclusion of the league stage.
Ford Trophy 2024-25 Points Table
Each team will play 10 matches in the league stage. Teams will earn four points for a win and two points for a tie or a no result.
Teams can also bag one bonus point if their run rate is 1.25 times more than their opposition team.

The Ford Trophy 2024-25 Schedule & Results
The group stage will commence on October 20, which will feature 30 matches across 10 rounds. Each round will have three matches played on the same day.
The top three teams at the end of round 10 will advance to the knockouts. The second and third-ranked teams face off in the Elimination Final to determine the second finalist.
The top-ranked team directly qualifies for the final and takes on the winner of the Elimination Final.
