Virat Kohli has been inscribed in the annals of history as of Sunday, February 23, as the first Indian batsman to score a century in the Champions Trophy against Pakistan. The former captain of India achieved the milestone in this ongoing match of Champions Trophy 2025 against the team led by Mohammad Rizwan, which is currently going on at the Dubai International Stadium.
Kohli achieved his century with a boundary hit on the third ball of 43rd over of the run chase, bowled by Khushdil Shah. He remained unbeaten on a century off 111 balls and decorated the innings with seven fours.
