Yash Dayal is speaking out. After a complaint was filed against the 27 year old RCB player, Yash is denying the charges of sexual assault. He is now looking to file a complaint against the woman who accuses him of physical and emotional harm.
NDTV has a copy of the complaint against Yash Dayal which has his version of events. According to the report, Yash met the woman on Instagram in 2021 but never promised to marry her.
The left arm bowler claims the woman stole an iPhone and an iPad. Yash says she also borrowed a lot of money for medical expenses which she has not paid back. He also says he spent a lot on her shopping. He got legal advice as soon as he came to know about the complaint against him.
The 27 year old has asked the Khuldabad police to file a case against the woman. Yash says he has proof to support his claims and wants a complaint to be filed against her and two of her relatives.
On June 21, the woman said Yash Dayal cheated her during their 5 year relationship. She says he promised to marry her but then changed his mind and caused her emotional and physical pain.

The woman accused Dayal of sexual assault and filed a complaint against him under Section 69 of the BNS. This section makes sexual harassment through deception illegal, including making false promises of marriage. This is a non bailable offence and conviction can lead to a maximum sentence of 10 years in jail.
