Kane Williamson is at it again. He’s playing in the County Championship and he’s scored a beauty.
Against Northamptonshire for Middlesex he’s made his 44th first-class hundred. A great hundred that has put his side in a strong position in the match.
We all know how good Kane Williamson is at cricket. But County Cricket saw another masterclass from the New Zealand batsman. Playing his first game for Middlesex against Northamptonshire Williamson reminded us all of his talent.
After a good start from Sam Robson and Max Holden Kane Williamson joined Holden and they continued to motor. He played well against the other team’s bowlers and got his side a good score.
In his first game for Middlesex Kane Williamson scored a hundred in 147 balls and his 44th first-class hundred. He didn’t stop there he hit shots all around the ground. He scored 114 off 159 balls with 14 fours and a six. A classic performance on the County stage.

Middlesex had a good start against Northamptonshire with the openers setting the tone early. Robson and Holden made 122. After Robson made 57 Holden continued to play well with Williamson.
Holden and Williamson dominated making 239. In the 88th over Holden was out for 151 in 282 balls with 19 fours and a six. With Leus du Plooy and Cracknell at the crease Middlesex were 436/5.
