Jatinder born on 5th March 1989 in Ludhiana, Punjab, India has an interesting story. His family moved to Oman when his dad Gurmail Singh took a job as a carpenter for the police back in 1975. Jatinder got all his schooling in Oman.
Before his international career took off Jatinder played for Oman’s Under-19 team. He played 5 games in the 2007 SC Under-19 Elite Cup and got a taste of competitive cricket.
He started his international career in 2011 when he was 20. He played in the Division Three tournament which had 2 games against Italy. That was the beginning of what would be a long journey.
