Organized by the Kerala Cricket Association, the Kerala Cricket league is set to make its grand debut on September 2, 2024 with its Inaugural season and edition. A total of 6 teams will be seen competing in the tournament following a double round robin format that will follow a playoffs stage as well.
All the matches for the league would take place at a single venue, Greenfield International Stadium in Thiruvananthapuram which will see all the action of the Kerala Cricket League. Each team is set to play ten matches in the league stage with only top four teams advancing to the playoffs of the league.

The points table of the Kerala Cricket league would record the performance of the teams in the league stage matches. Based on these teams performance the teams will move to further playoffs for the 2024 season. The points table has all performances of the teams throughout the season that would record their number of wins, loss, no result matches, Net Run Rate and points for the ongoing series matches, then based on these standing only four teams sitting on the top would move to the knockout stage of the tournament.
