Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024 is starting on 30 August 2024 and will continue till 7th October 2024. This tournament will be played in a total of 15 matches that has two semi finals and a finale match along with 12 league matches.
A twenty twenty format short form of annual cricket celebration on the lands of the Caribbean, CPL is the domestic cricket tournament which is featured every year and has completed a total of 10 seasons. Trinbago Knight Riders stand as the Most successful team with four titles in its name.
Founded in 2013, it replaced the Caribbean Twenty20 as the top T20 competition in the region. CPL, a popular cricket tournament with teams across the Caribbean, is sponsored by the Republic Bank, and therefore also officially called the Republic Bank CPL.
This league features a total of 6 teams which compete in the double round robin and playoffs format. First these teams compete in the league matches and then the top four teams on the points table move to the playoff or knockout stage of the tournament which ultimately leads to the finale of the league.

Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024: Semi-Final Match schedule
The CPL 2024 also follows the double round robin format where the teams will get on head to head in the league matches and then will shift to the conclusion of the season. With the top four teams on the points table this season will have a clash for the Finale spot. The third and fourth placed teams will go in a head to head battle in the eliminator match scheduled on the 2 Oct, 2024. Followed by this match, the top two teams of the points table will go against one another in the Qualifier 1 and the winner of this match will directly enter the race of the final. The winner of the eliminator and qualifier 1 will go for one more clash in the Qualifier 2 match and from here the CPL 2024 will get its another finalist.
