The second match of the IPL 2025 will be played between 2008 winners, Rajasthan Royals and 2016 winners, Sunrisers Hyderabad. The Pink Brigade did well last year as they qualified for the playoffs. However, they were one of the title contenders but this time around, they are one of the weakest sides. On the other hand, the Orange Army played the final last year.
The 2016 winners made their IPL debut in 2013 and have played two finals in 2018 and 2024. On the other hand, the Royals have played only two finals in 2008 and 2022. Talking about both teams, they have played 20 games against each other. Sunrisers have won 11 while the Royals have won nine. However, the Jaipur-based team has won only one game in Hyderabad out of five against Hyderabad.
