SA20 is a twenty20 cricket format tournament that is back for the third season after completion of 2 successful seasons. Managed and administered by the Cricket South Africa the tournament will host a total of 34 matches at six different Venues for the third season.
The season will begin with a first match clash between the Defending champions Sunrisers Eastern Cape and last year bottom placed MI Cape Town on 9 January at Gqeberha’s St George’s Park Cricket Ground. Following a schedule of 30 league stage matches the teams will compete in the Double round robin format which will be followed by playoffs. Total of 6 teams are competing in the 2024-25 season which will begin on January 9 and will mark its end on the 8 February 2025.

SA20 2025 SEMI- FINAL
Semi-finals for the SA 20 is scheduled to take place 5 February onwards and would involve three semis matches, that includes Qualifier 1, Qualifier 2 and an Eliminator match. Where the top four teams who will be sitting in the top four positions will get in the head to head battle in these three semi finals. The teams for the semi finals of the tournament are yet to be released and not much is known and can be predicted as the tournament is yet to be started.
SA20 2025: FINAL
After a whole round hustling schedule of 30 league matches and 3 knockout stage matches, only 2 of the 6 teams will become the finalist. These top two teams will play in the final clash which is scheduled for 8 February 2025 on the grounds of Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg.
The finalists are yet to be known as the tournament will begin now and has not started. So as the tournament moves ahead we will update you regarding the same and the names of the top 2 teams moving in the Finale match.

To watch the live streaming and broadcasting of the upcoming event, Star Sports Network will be broadcasting the SA20 League in India. The league’s games will also be available on various other regional sports networks, which would give it a wider range scope and would reach a larger fan base.
