Both players had hard times strolling the pitch through 2024, including two defeats by New Zealand at home and a tough series against Australia. Over these 10 Tests, Kohli kept a lowly average of 24.52, whereas Rohit somehow bettered him slightly with 24.76 in 14 Tests.
