“The results of the MRI scan performed on the left shoulder of Sophie Ecclestone show a minor injury to the joint next to her collarbone. She will be evaluated further in the run-up to the ICC Women’s World Cup semi-finals against South Africa on Wednesday,” said the England and Wales Cricket Board representative.
