One of the most loved bands amongst the youngsters Cold Play dedicated a special song to Indian bowling sensation Jasprit Bumrah who marked his attendance at the Ahemdabad show. The song was played for more than one lakh fans in the Narendra Modi stadium in Ahemdabad.
Apart from the songs sung and played by the band,there were videos which were played all around them. In the videos Bumrah was seen rattling the England’s batting lineup. One still of the video in which Bumrah dismissed England’s middle order batter Oliie pope was played in almost every concert of the band.
The lead singer of the band Chris Martin went on to dedicate a special song to Jasprit Bumrah which says “Jasprit, well, Jasprit, my beautiful brother,” the song went. “The best bowler in the whole of cricket; we do not enjoy, watching you destroy England; with wicket after wicket after wicket.”

However the Band’s admiration for Jasprit Bumrah had almost got him into trouble last week. In the very first Show of the band at Dy Patil Chris Martin went on to say that Jasprit Bumrah is standing ‘Back stage’.
This caused some trouble for Jasprit Bumrah who was earlier speculated to be resting to recover from a serious back injury that he suffered in Australia. In his very next show Chris Martin had to issue a justification regarding the same.
“That is grave. Yesterday, we said on air that during our show, Jasprit Burmah was requesting us to finish the show as he wanted to bowl to me from the backstage. This was a lie. I’m sorry,” he said.
Then, in the same show, they played a video showing the dismissal of Pope.
“We want to show a little clip of India destroying England with respect and love to the number one in the world, Jasprit. You must see this,” said Martin.
Jasprit Bumrah also showed his love and Admiration for the band and Chris Martin.

Jasprit Bumrah is set to go for a scan as the Indian pacer is set to be back in action with team India going to Dubai for the ICC champions trophy in the next month. Jasprit Bumrah has been the spearhead of the Indian bowling and is vital to India’s success heading into the tournament.
