PKL 2024:For the first time in the history of the Pro Kabaddi League Auction 8 registered some record-breaking bids crossing Rs 1 crore. The PKL 2024 auction witnessed the eight players bid for more than a crore by the franchises to acquire their services ahead of the 11th Pro Kabaddi League season.
Sachin Tanwar became the most expensive player for PKL 2024 as Tamil Thalaivas secured him for a whopping amount of Rs 2.15 crore. Mohammadreza Shadloui Chiyaneh is the second-highest-bid player in the PKL 2024 auction. Haryana Steelers clinched him at last for Rs 2.07 crore. For the last three seasons, Iranian Shadloui has been one of the two best defenders who became the most expensive overseas player in the 2024 PKL auction.
Then comes Guman Singh (Rs 1.97 crore-Gujarat Giants), Pawan Sehrawat ( Rs 1.725 crore – Telugu Titans), and Bharat Hooda (Rs 1.30 crore -UP Yoddhas) are the top five most expensive players of PKL 2024.
