Finally the wait is over! Asia Cup 2025 is starting from 9 September where the tournament will feature 8 qualified teams – Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, India, Oman, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and the United Arab Emirates. The first match of Asia Cup 2025 will be played between Afghanistan and Hong Kong, which will take place at Sheikh Zayed Stadium, Abu Dhabi on 9th September at 8:00 PM IST.
Through 2024 ACC Men’s Premier Cup was hosted in Oman, where UAE was the winner and got the entry in Asia Cup 2025. However, runner-up Oman and third place team Hong-Kong also got selected for Asia Cup 2025. On the other hand, the automatic qualifier teams India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Afghanistan will join the tournament with their outstanding squads.
