UP T20 2024 Semi Final 2024 : Schedule, Date, Venue, Teams Full Match, & Previews

The moment of the final race is here and the top four teams of the Uttar Pradesh T20 league 2024 are all set to clash in the semi finals of the 2024 edition. The teams after playing in the league stage matches are now ready to take on each other in the playoffs or knockout series. From playing in the semis to getting into the finale race only two teams will get ahead for the ultimate trophy race.

A total of 6 teams competed in the 30 group stage matches of the UP T20 2024 edition and now the tournament is moving ahead to its conclusion with the semi final starting from 11 September 2024. The semi final stage would have three matches where the top teams would compete to advance to the final stage in the Qualifier1, Eliminator and Qualifier 2 match. Competing here only two teams will get to the final of the 2024 edition.

UP T20 2024 Semi-Finals: 

A total of six participated in the 2nd edition of the tournament and as per the format of the tournament only 4 teams could make it to the Knockout stage of the tournament. The teams that have made it to the semi finals are Meerut Mavericks, Lucknow Falcons, Kashi Rudras and Kanpur Superstars. Now these will take on each other in the Semi Final Scheduled to take place on 11th and 12th September 2024.

Below is the table of all details covering the UP T20 2024 Semi-Finals:

Qualifier 1 of the semi final of the tournament is scheduled to take place on September 11 from 3:00 PM and the Eliminator match is scheduled for 7:00 PM on the same day. Followed by these matches the winner of the Qualifier one will directly qualify for the final and the winner of the Eliminator match will see the  loser of the Qualifier 1 in the Qualifier 2 match of the Semi Finals scheduled for 12 September 2024 which will also take place at the 7:30 PM time in India.

All four teams will be fighting for a spot in the final, making it a must-watch match. That makes these games sure to keep fans on the edge of their seats.

UP T20 2024: Semi-Final Teams

Meerut Mavericks VS Lucknow Falcons: Qualifier 1

Having played a total of 10 matches for the season 2024, Meerut Mavericks will be facing Lucknow Falcons in the Qualifier in the Qualifier 1 match. The match is scheduled to take place at 3:00 PM on 11 September 2024. Winner of this match would directly make it to the final and the loser would go against the winner of the Eliminator match.

Kashi Rudras VS Kanpur Superstars: Eliminator 

Having played a total of 10 matches for the season 2024, Kashi Rudras will be facing Kanpur Superstars  in the Eliminator match for the 2024 edition. The match is scheduled to take place at 7:30 PM on 11 September 2024. Winner of this match would face the loser of Qualifier 1 in the Qualifier 2 match.

Lucknow Falcons VS Kanpur Superstars: Qualifier 2

The loser of the qualifier 1(Lucknow Falcons) and winner of the Eliminator match(Kanpur Superstars) would go against one another in the Qualifier 2 match. This match is scheduled for the 12th September 2024 which will begin at 7:30 PM. Further the winner of this match would face the winner of Qualifier 1 in the final match of the UP T20 2024. winning in this match, Kanpur Superstars became the second finalist for the tournament and now would face the Meerut Mavericks in the final of the UP T20 League.

T20 2024: Final overview

With the conclusion of the ongoing UP T20 2024, knockout stage on the 12th September 2024, the league will get its ultimate finalists for the season 2024. The winner of the Qualifier 1(Meerut Mavericks) and Qualifier 2(Kanpur Superstars) will get into a head to head battle for lifting the ultimate title of the UP T20 2024 series, 2nd edition.
