Cricket Australia has introduced a totally new-look T20 tournament in women’s cricket, which will bring almost all the big names in women’s cricket to one place. The inaugural season of the competition is all set to take place on October 11 and will commence on October 20. This tournament will feature nine teams competing in round-robin formats.
There will be 23 thrilling games in the tournament. It is the prelude for the upcoming 10th edition of the Women’s Big Bash League. The matches in the tournament will be held in four different venues in Australia. The knockout stage will start on October 19, while the final will be held on October 20.
