The legends league is all set for the third season. Set to start from 20 September and will continue till 16 October. Legends League Cricket 2024 is a T20 League which will have teams with retired players who come to play competitive cricket again.
Coming back for the third edition, this league will have a total of 25 matches that will be played between a total of 6 teams. The first match of the 2024 season will be played between the Konark Suryas Odisha and Manipal Tigers on the grounds of the Barkatullah Khan Stadium, Jodhpur and will end with the final match on the grounds of Bakshi Stadium, Srinagar on october 16, 2024.

Total of 6 teams are competing in the competition and will get in head to head battles of the league stage and later on based on the points table standings the top four teams will move to the knockout stages. The teams performance is noted down on the points table with each team performance noted down as win, lost, matches played and their corresponding net run rate. Based on the points table standings the top four teams will clash in the semi finals for the year 2024 and then the two winners will get into the finals.

The matches of the LLC 2024 are set to be played on the grounds of four different cities. The LLC 2024, is set to start from 20th September 2024 from Barkatullah Khan Stadium, Jodhpur and will move to two different venues than the Jodhpur. With the final match scheduled to be on the Kashmir ground.For the gap of very long time Kashmir would be having teams for the cricket match after 40 years.

6 teams will be competing in the tournament first in the league stage matches and then only four teams based on the points table standings will move to the knockout stage of the tournament. Following the semi final or playoffs matches the league will move to the ultimate conclusion stage the final. In the final the winner of the Qualifier 1 and Qualifier 2 will face each other and will battle head to head to be crowned as the winner of the 2024 edition.
