The new edition of the T20 tournament organized by the Malaysian Cricket Association got underway on October 5 (Saturday). This will be the MCA T20 Super Series 2024, which will be played between the five teams. It will give platforms for the local Malaysian cricketers to showcase their skills in the tournament.
This competition has produced some good cricketers for the national side, and this is expected to be yet another high-voltage season. The tournament will be played between October 5 and 11. It is a week-long competition, which will be played in round-robin format. Five teams to play in the competition are Northern Strikers, Central Smashers, Southern Hitters, Western Warriors, and Eastern Eagles.
All teams will play one game each against the four teams. After the end of the group stage, the top two teams will make it to the final, while there will be a knockout game between the third and fourth-ranked teams to decide which team will finish in third place. Selangor Turf Club in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will host all the matches in the tournament.

Notably, points and NRR are very important. Because there are only five teams in the tournament and two of them that will finish at the top of the table after ten matches will make it the final of the tournament, which will be played on October 11 (Friday).

MCA T20 Super Series 2024 Schedule and Results
There is no off day as there will be two games played on five days in the tournament between October 5 to 11. The tournament will start with a game between Central Smasher and Northern Strikers. As per the scheduled time, the first game of the day will start at 7 am as per Indian timings, while the second match has a scheduled start of 11 am.
